Approximately sized at 1,200 square feet, Pluck boasts a lack of theme. The unpretentious interior promotes smart conversations and just hanging out. For an entirely different experience, opt for the bar seats at the open-concept kitchen – we can’t promise that the guys on the flipside of the counter won’t try to talk to you or buy you a drink.

Meet The Chefs


A worldly traveller with a discerning palate, Chef Brandon Teo’s culinary approach is greatly inspired by his travels to cities like Barcelona, London, San Francisco, Geylang and Tokyo.

In the midst of a Business Management class in University, Brandon found himself engrossed in replying incoming texts about kitchen supplies, when it suddenly hit him that he had no place or interest in what he was studying then – and that he regarded the kitchen as his classroom instead. Shortly after, he made the responsible decision to quit school to fully pursue his calling. The rest as they say, is history.

He has since chalked up valuable experience from working alongside luminaries the likes of Andrew Walsh, Karl Dobbler, Julien Royer and Ebbe Vollmer. Highly acclaimed by food critics and aficionados for his refreshingly frank and creative approach, Chef Brandon innovatively blends flavours and textures from well-sourced, quality ingredients.

Setting himself apart from the growing ubiquity of fine dining expatriate chefs, Brandon is Singaporean, young, individualistic, and charming – just like his food. His gastronomical interpretations are simple, uncomplicated, affordable, and for everyone to enjoy.

The theme for our latest menus is Singapore Asian Fusion. Our kitchen team have taken all their favourite delicacies and gave every dish their own bold and innovative twist. You can’t go wrong with unique and innovative reinterpretations of popular favourites from the region like Tom Yum Salmon and Assam Pork Ribs. Paired with a delicious 10 degree vermicelli or fragrant rice. A meal at Pluck with friends and family is bound to be a delicious affair.
